Ok i have a trigger that checks on how long a ticket has been on Pending and notifys me in slack etc etc
The question is
When making these triggers do we just trust on one condition or go belt an braces from lots of angles.
e.g. 1 is just trigger on the one chance
e.g. 2 is the belt and braces approach to try and cover any mishaps
Does it slow the desk more if you add really complicated triggers way worse than option 2?
Just curious what people do or think?
