Shutting down an organization, its users and its tickets without spamming (sending emails)?

    Hey Sonja,

    Your best option would be to create a macro that applies a do_not_notify tag to your tickets you'd like to close out. You can then edit your triggers and add the Tags>Contains none of the following>do_not_notify condition which should prevent a notification from being sent out.

    As for marking a user/organizatoin as inactive, there's no functionality that can accomplish this at this time. However, you can create a custom org/user checkbox field for inactive accounts and then check that box for any organizations or uses you'd like to mark as inactive.
