Rich Text formatting, Pasting Images, when responding to customers

    Hello Bill,

    As far as I know it's still posible to use rich text and copy/paste images. Is the following option enabled under Settings > Tickets in the admin area?

    Allows me to do:

    Yes, I believe that is what I was looking for. Basically just as it is shown on this response Box. I will see if the Administrator can update this information. Thanks for the quick response.

    Just in case it helps. To allow pasting of inline images, under Settings>Tickets>Attachments.... also need the 'Require authentication to download' option to be unchecked.
