Better handling of quoted messages

    Hey Martijn, would you mind pointing us to some of the side conversations that this is happening in? We are working to not require the "reply above this line" delimiter, but that means we need to adjust our quoted content detector when we don't catch them, especially from a system like DeskPro, which formats differently than Gmail or Outlook.
