As many we use the Side Converstions to communicate with our suppliers. Some use Zendesk, some use other systems like DeskPro. We noticed that because the Side Conversations are not using the —- Reply above this line —- cut in the email we get extremely long quotes on the Side Converstions. This sometimes makes it hard to find the actual message because 95% of the Side Converstion changed into a history book which is repeating the conversation over and over again. Would be good if it could cut off the quoted text like Zendesk Support does.
