    Thanks for that feedback. We'll continue to collect votes and use-cases on this suggestion to determine whether it would have an impact for a significant number of users.

    We would also welcome more detail on what impact this would have for your business, how frequently it arises, and any other information that would help our product managers better understand the problem.

    I agree!! We have clients we serve that are interested in the specifics of their employees feedback - goo and bad.

    It's not quite the dashboard, but Zendesk does provide a Satisfaction Console app that allows you to see this stuff in greater depth.  It is now a paid app, but if you have a developer, they could pull something together that would give you these sorts of details in a way that works best for you.
