    Hi Hitesh! An Insights report is not the most accurate option for this, because Insights is not a real-time platform. It syncs daily for Professional accounts and hourly for Enterprise accounts. A lot can happen in an hour or day, so the comment data may not be up-to-date.

    In addition to sync timing, Insights uses timestamps in whole minutes. This means if two comments were added in the same minute, there would not be a good way to determine which was the most recent.

    If you want to monitor tickets based on whether the latest comment was public or private, I recommend using triggers to switch a pair of tags when comments are added. Then you can create a view based on those tags. That will give you a real-time source of information, and you can export CSVs as needed.
