We found a problem with the report.
We are not able to see the original severity of the ticket if we changed it in the process of executing or closing
Example ticket 33549
The ticket has been created Jul 02 20:04
Work with severity "severe" until Jul 02 20:21
Change severity to "moderate" Jul 02 20:21
Work with severity "moderate" until Jul 03 00:16
The ticket has been solved Jul 03 00:16
The ticket has been closed Jul 05 01:04
How we can see/create a normal report?
