I'm trying to create an insights report for Google Map Reviews.
What I have set up
- Google channel is integrated successfully into our zendesk account via third party (Pluscloud)
- Added a custom field and trigger to automatically assign the correct rating by checking the number of stars in the ticket
What I am trying to do
- Report to show average rating and total tickets (google reviews) for each location
However, when I go into "How" tab and select "Ticket Via", only "any_channel" is available as a filter. It won't allow me to filter down to a specific channel.
