    If your plan allows it, you may want to look at the pro-active ticket app. But this will create a ticket for each user rather than one ticket for the organisation.

    Alternatively, you may be better using an article in Guide. Users that are subscribed to the article or section will be updated by email with new content. So you could proactively subscribe organisation members to a section or encourage users to subscribe for this kind of thing.

    Finally, and perhaps the best option, would be to use Zendesk Connect to reach users.
