Due to the nature of the some of the requests we get and GDPR we're unable to use the functionality of 'Require authentication to download'
From interacting with Zendesk, they have let me know there is no option to prevent this:
I'm afraid we do not have the option to filter or blocked malicious file from our end-users. The most common reason why a file is reject is when the user sends in a file too large for the plan type, an error message indicating the file was too large appears and the file is not attached.
Does anyone know a way of having additional security for attachments please that we could use?
