- We use the Slack integration to easily create tickets from within Slack. Most of our Slack instance is used for internal communication within our company. However, we do have a few channels within Slack that we use to interact directly with certain customers. While we can create Zendesk tickets directly from these channels, those created tickets won't include attachments from the Slack comment they were created from. We'd really like to see this feature included with the integration.
- A customer sends us a Slack message about an issue, including a screenshot of what they're seeing. We can create a Zendesk ticket for them via that comment, but we want to include the screenshot they attached as well.
Has adding this feature been discussed anywhere? I searched the Community quite a bit, but the only thing I could find was a confirmation that it isn't currently an option.
