    I'm not sure if what you want can be done from this location, but I wanted to point out that the ticket_editor location is actually available on bulk edit.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Unfortunatley the functionality to reply to the review needs to take place from within my application which utlises an external API for review responses on various platforms therefore editing the ticket in Zendesk will not suffice as this remains internal to Zendesk.
