Add Ticket Description Field in Insights

    Sorry to say that the ticket description is not available in Insights or Explore. The best workaround is to have agents edit the ticket subject to ensure it is as descriptive and meaningful as possible.

    In Insights, to see the actual description you need to click a ticket ID to open up the ticket in Support.
