Our sales team would like to get a report showing a list of all organizations we support with information on the last ticket the organization opened. Specifically, they'd like to see the ticket ID, the date the last ticket was submitted, and what version of our product the customer was using (which is a field in our tickets).
I was kind of able to get the latest ticket ID by adding the MAX aggrigator to the Tickets metric, then listing the organization attirbute in the Rows section. However, if I try to add another attribute in the Rows section (such as Ticket created -Date), the querie automatically shows all tickets for each organization:
How would you go about creating a query that showed only the latest tickets submitted by each organization?
