Basically this comes down to the "Require Authentication to Download" option in settings. Anyone who cares about security looks at this option and goes, "This is really important we must have this on" But turning this option on LITERALLY breaks the screenshot ability in ZenDesk - as in ZenDesk disables the ability to paste screenshots in tickets. Also the fact that this will happen is not made clear to the end user.
And anyone who uses ZenDesk and wishes to remain sane REQUIRES screenshots.
This answer is simple - Split the option into "Require Authentication to Download Attachments" and "Disable ability to Paste Screenshots"
This stops us from having to choose between ZenDesk being secure and ZenDesk being usable.
I consider this to be high priority.
