There are opportunities for optimizing the screen real estate in the ticket view.
Merge the 2 views in the Properties Panel so we don't have to switch between them.
Re-position elements to empty areas of the GUI to save screen real estate. Type, Priority, Assignee etc. should be visible regardless of which view/context is selected.
I made a mockup, I bet the Zendesk UX designers have better ideas than me tho =D
