Anonymous and End Users are getting errors when searing in Guide or Community
回答済みWe have Support & Guide Enterprise and our Help Center is not active yet. When previewing the Help Center or Community using the Anonymous or End User role, an error is received when trying to search. This is happening using any search boxes. However, article suggestions display (and open) when searching from the homepage.. The Agent or Manager role does not receive the error.

The response I received from the ticket is the search function is not enabled for end users and anonymous users because my help site is not activated. It is normal behavior to not have the ability to test the search function as an end user or anonymous user before a site is activated?

Hi Melody,
That makes more sense. End-users or anonymous users would not have the ability to search since they wouldn't have access to your Help Center at all. You'd need to activate the Help Center before search works for these users.
