Conditional fields into web widget
Hi all,
I configured some forms for let the customers to give us more information when they send a ticket to Zendesk, and one of them has conditional fields linked to a field value. Well, it seems the conditional fields run OK at Help Center Form, but it isn't implemented for the Web Widget. The forms run very well in the widget, but when you pick on the field value linked to the conditional field does nothing.
This is important for me because almost all the ticket are created from it.
Can you tell me if you are planning include this functionality to the web widget?

The following doc describes that it's not supported.
> The Web Widget supports most conditional ticket fields from Support (but not from the Conditional Fields app). The Priority and Type fields are not supported in the Web Widget. If you apply conditions to these fields, they appear in the agent interface and in ticket forms that appear in the Help Center, but not in the Web Widget.
Could you update the doc if it's supported?

Hey Toru,
Just so we're both on the same page, what information is incorrect in the article you attached? Conditional fields are supported as long as your using native conditions fields within Support.
If you're setting up conditional fields using an app from the marketplace, then that would not be supported within the web-widget.
Let me know if I'm misunderstanding your question!

I got it now. Thanks. The following sentence made me confused. Because I thought "Support" = "Help Center".
