I'm looking for a way to display an alert to my agents when they are within a ticket to show important information about a customer that I have added to their Organisation record.
For example we might get a notification from our Accounts team to let us know Customer X has not paid their invoice and to transfer them to the Accounts team should they call. At the moment I send an email to the team to remind them of this, but would like to be able to put it in the system to show when a ticket is viewed.
Something like this (Excuse the artistry or lack of!):
The text would be based off a field in the Organisation linked to the requester.
I've asked this here hoping it can be done via an app. If it can I'm happy to investigate it if somebody gives me a point in the right direction. :)
