    Thanks for the feedback Gef. We don't have a solution for this specifically - a way to dynamically change the contact options based on Help Center search terms - however, we are actively working on defining a solution for this need more broadly - i.e. conditional offering of higher value support channels. No ETA at this stage but stay tuned.
