    Hey everyone!

    Brett here from the community team at Zendesk :) I started at Zendesk back in March of 2016 as a Tier 1 Customer Advocate so I'm sure you've seen me around. After 3 years in Customer Advocacy, I moved over to my current role as a Community Engagement Specialist. I help oversee the community forum as well as manage our growing Zendesk Moderator Program

    Outside of work I enjoy gaming with friends and spending time with my wife and mischievous dogs, Kingsley and Tonks. I'm a fairly new home-owner so I spend a good amount of my time making improvements to the house both indoors and outdoors. I also enjoy reading and recently took up woodcarving which I've found I'm terrible at. I welcome any woodcarving tips!

    Hello!

     

    My name is Lauren and I'm a manager in the Advocacy team. I've been with Zendesk for about a year and I work on the Sell team.

    When I'm not at work, you can find me at the nearest fabric store looking for my next project. I love to sew and make most of mine and my husband's clothes. I'm also crazy about cats. I currently have one fat Siamese cat whose name is Lola.

    Hello Team,

    I'm Devan of the Zendesk Community team and began my time as a Community Engagement Specialist half a year ago. Before my time at Zendesk I was a Community Support Specialist at Bungie Game Studios where I shipped the game Destiny 2: Forsaken. I primarily work to ensure the Community space is in working order for our users and drive engagement through our Monthly AMA events to help users tackle their toughest issues,

    As a former member of the games industry, I'm a bit of a nerd and spend quite a bit of time playing various titles (including Destiny). I love to cook, travel, and build custom PC's in my spare time and recently moved to Madison from Seattle, Washington. If anyone ever wants to play on Steam let me know, and I'd be happy to team up! :D

    Hello Everyone!

    My name is Katie and I am a Customer Advocate on the Zendesk Sell Team. I have been with Zendesk for just over a year and you will probably hear from me if you reach out to the Sell Support Team! I work with customers every day on training, account questions, and making sure everyone has a great experience with Sell :)

    Outside of work you can find me on the soccer field or the closest ice cream shop. Any questions about why Chelsea is the best team or where is the best ice cream shop near me are welcome!

    Hey everyone!

    I'm Nate, and I'm an Associate Customer Advocate for Sell! I joined in the first week of January (Fun fact, my first week of work was at SKO!). I help support our customers to answer their questions, get the most out of Sell, and I consult the developers when Sell isn't working as intended! I love to make support videos for the features on Sell in my spare time at work. 

    When I'm not at work, I'm usually skateboarding, working on music, or going for a swim! Looking forward to working with you all and getting to know more about you!

    Hi everyone!

    I'm Pavitra, and I'm a Technical Support Engineer at Sell. I joined Zendesk Sell about a year ago. I help our customers with technical related questions concerning data migrations, API and in general anything that requires further digging into our backend databases as well as with enterprise customers.

    When I'm not working, I'm busy embracing my new life as a mom to a 5 month old baby boy. Aside from this, I love a good hike and sipping on some chai!

    Hi Everyone!

     

    I'm Jacob and I'm a Tech Support Specialist for the Sell Team. I've been with Sell 7 months now and I'm excited to be a part of this community. My day to day work activities involve answering questions for and working with some of enterprise level customers as well as completing and looking into various tech support tasks on the backend. So if you need some APIs run or some database exports, I'm your guy!

     

    Outside of work you can find me at any touring broadway musical, catching up on newly released films, or turning my kitchen upside trying to make some complicated dish that I've always wanted to try. I have two black cats named Fresca and Sprite who pretty much run my home life. Sprite is a better alarm clock than my phone since he starts meowing his head off for food at 6:45 AM every morning without fail!

    My name is Serene and I started with Zendesk Sell a little more than a year ago as a Customer Advocate. Besides answering product questions and providing advice on using Sell, I enjoy having organic conversations with our customers on how their businesses benefit from Sell and what they would like to see improved in Sell. As the Advocacy Team member, I contribute to the Voice of the Customer team by collecting and managing feedback from customers.

    In my free time, I love going to concerts and solo traveling. It is also my passion to solve problems using technology in everyday life :)

    Hi Sell Community!

    My name is Laura and I am also an Advocate on the Zendesk Sell Team. I have been with Zendesk for over four years now, and if you reach out to the Sell Support team you may end up being helped by me! I spend my day working with our customers on questions or issues they might be having setting up integrations or other features in their account. 

    When I'm not at work, I am probably at the dog park with my energy filled pup, London or cooking up some delicious food with my daughter. I also love being outside where you will find me doing all activities from reading, watching tv, and spending time with friends and family. Anything is better outdoors!

    Hello!

    My name is Grzegorz but I usually go by Greg, as it's easier to pronounce for my international colleagues ;-) I've been working with our fantastic Zendesk Sell team and our awesome customers for almost 2,5 years already, currently in a Technical Support Engineer role, out of the beautiful city of Kraków, Poland.

    I love helping our customers out in every way possible as their success with Sell is my own win as well! I specialise in data digging and updates, trying to work out some magic and woo our customers whenever possible ;-) Building sincere relations and being someone that partners can rely on is an important part of my work as well.

    Outside of work you'll most likely to catch me riding my bike, while listening to an audiobook or in a cinema, enjoying some latest blockbuster.
