How can you track active members in community?
回答済みHi team!
I'm curious as to what method you either currently employ or would recommend in order to see both the rough count of active members (in a given date range) and who those active members are.
Essentially I'd like a way to pull a report based on activity criteria, like post created and/or comment added, within a date range, say during Q3 2019, and both get a raw number of members and also a listing of them.
Any suggestions that are available today? I can't seem to find this data in Explore so am curious. Thanks!

Hi Mike,
Thanks for reaching out and asking excellent questions :-) Right now the best option I have for you is to use the Help Center API. You can use it to list topics, list posts and comments. Your API client can then put together the full list of author IDs to report whatever you like. That's a lot of freedom and flexibility, but I know it's probably also a bit more work than what you'd wish for if you're just looking for a simple report.
We are working on improving analytics for the community via Explore. I'm not certain when it will be ready yet, but it is considered a high priority feature for us and for Explore.
