    Hi Taha,

Thanks for sharing your product feedback here from your previous thread related to this workflow.  It looks like you are trying to establish a quick method for your agents to have an Excel sheet to would have a listing of links they can click that would launch a new ticket screen with a macro automatically applied creating an ad hoc templating scenario. Is that what you are trying to accomplish?

Macros do provide great templating today, and I think what you are describing in making macros available to launch in a new ticket via a URL,  provides another pathway to make them a bit faster for some workflows.  Great recommendation.

    Hey Taha -

We'll share your feedback with the relevant product manager. They'll ask follow-up questions if they have any, otherwise we'll keep this thread open for other users to up vote and share their thoughts.

Hi Taha Elaraby Taha - I'm a product manager working on macros. Thanks for sharing your feedback! I'd like to understand your use case a little more. When you say you need the link to open a ticket with the macro details and then the agent will fill in details in the macro, where do you envision the ticket information coming from? Will the link open a specific ticket that you're referencing in an Excel formula? Thanks for any more context you can provide!

Hi Nina Olding - Thanks for your attention. The situation is, we are using in my company more than 100 macros with a lot of information for my department, so I want to create an external sheet in excel where I will need to put Each Macro link with the description for it. so once the agent will click to this link, he will be directed to a new ticket but with the Macro details, Then the agent fills the required information (which prefilled in the macro) and click submit only.

when I tried to copy the macro link, I am being redirected to a new blank ticket without the macro details. We need the Macro prefilled fields to appear in the new ticket once we clicked the external link.

You could reach me anytime if you are asking for more clarification.

Thanks Taha Elaraby Taha, this is helpful. So you want a new, blank ticket to be opened, but with the generic macro information filled in? Can you give me an example of a macro you might use this for and what would be in the ticket when the macro is clicked, and then when the agent has filled the macro in?
