User segment not loading

    I've noticed some weirdness in the search fields in Guide recently.  Try doing the search with fewer/more characters.  Sometimes searching for the full name wouldn't work for me, but chopping off two characters would search.  

    I was running into this while creating user segments and trying to look up tags, but it might be related.  Still a bug (I should submit my own ticket next time I see this again) but it might get you up and running a bit faster if this works out as a quick workaround.
