Is there a way to make the widget version of our knowledge center articles persistent?

    The widget already supports state. So while navigating, if the user reopens the widget, the same content will remain visible,

    As for auto-expanding:

    There is no build in option, but with a bit of javascript your web developers might be able to do this.
