How do I get to know what customers have received the survey?

I was wondering if there is a functionality to see what users have received the satisfaction survey so I can make statistics of users who refuse to reply and the ones who prefer to share the experience. I see the statistics of sending the survey; however, I couldn't find the way to see what exactly were users who have received the survey.

Hi, Zendesk Explore includes a dashboard where you can see this. The metric you're probably looking for is "Satisfaction rated ratio: The percentage of tickets that received either good or bad from the total number of surveyed tickets."
Insights/GoodData includes a specific Satisfaction tab for CSAT too, and you can create specific reports to measure it.
