I am testing our company's feedback procedures. I created a ticket from my personal email address. I got the reply to confirm the ticket was logged, and I programmed into the trigger the feedback system, so essentially I can create a ticket and immediately be given the link to the feedback service.
I try to click on my personal device, a link to the feedback, it asks me to login with Microsoft, so I reset the password, and logged in.
On attempt to connect though, I have the following messages:
"user Account <email@example.com> from identify provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant '<Company Name> and cannot access the application <https://<Company Name>.zendesk.com"(Zendesk) in that tenant. the account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory Account"
Not sure if I am missing something obvious but when I try to set myself up as an End User with my personal details it says I am already a member and when I try to login, it just keeps looping back to this error.
