Voice of the Customer: Customize Follow Button Feature
回答済みToday, my understanding is that users who follow a section or an article in our Help Center will receive an email notification when a new article is published or when a comment is added to an article. It would be great if we could customize what users will receive an email notification for when they follow a section in case we do not, for example, want the users to receive email for every comment that is added to an article.

When users hit the "follow" button on a section, they have the option of selecting whether they receive notifications just for new articles or if they want to receive notifications for both new articles and comments. It's up to the end user to select the option they want.
