    Just in case it helps, there are some keyboard shortcuts. There is no mark as spam shortcut, but if you look under your user profile menu, you should see a shortcut option. From there you can enable shortcuts and print out a help sheet.

    Thanks, I'll take a look, but it's really the mark as spam that I would love to have, as a button, right by the message.

    I may have a solution for you!  We have added a SPAM User Field.  When a message comes as SPAM, we go to the User page, click the checkbox by SPAM, and Solve the ticket.  We have a trigger that adds a tag "spam".  Any future email from that customer is tagged as spam and automatically gets placed in a spam view.  See screenshot for reference.
