    I'm sorry to hear you are facing some issues when attempting to use the Bulk Import feature. If possible, could you share with us some more information? Any screenshots or error codes you could provide to us would be helpful in identifying the issue you are facing. Also, I would recommend using a different browser to ensure this is not an issue rooted in the browser itself.

    Unfortunately this is the only screenshot I can provide.

    There are no error codes shown, the screen goes blank and does not load anything. I have tried on multiple browsers and get the same result.

    Is there any further information I can provide to help clarify the issue as I understand it may seem vague at the moment?
