Is there a way of emailing or print PDF from insight with embedded excel from sharepoint?

    Hey Zheng,

I'm not aware of a Zendesk/Sharepoint integration so I'm rather limited on what I can assist with on my end. How exactly have you set up this integration? Any additional information you can provide may help others point you in the right direction. Additionally, are you trying to access your Insights reports from your Sharepoint dashboard? If so, the login page is expected since you'd need to first log into your Support account and access your GoodData dashboard. There's no separate login for GoodData since Zendesk automatically signs in you from your Support interface.

Hope this clears up any confusion!

    Thanks Brett.

The monthly support hours type in the first screenshot is an excel file that I have on our one drive in business.

You can open it in sharepoint and use the share embed function to get a html code, then I put this code in insight.

When I view the insight while I am on my computer, which has logged myself in in sharepoint, I can see the chart.

But if I go and open the insight on a different computer where I am not logged in as a user for that sharepoint file, I can't see that report except the login page. Or if I print it to PDF in insight on my machine, I also get that logging page.

It seems that when printing to PDF, zendesk support insight doesn't have access to the data although I can see it in insight.

    Hey Zheng,

That's most likely expected behavior but I'll leave this post open in case other users have run into a similar issue.
