I currently run a report that is showing me a daily number of assigned tickets per agent that previously had assignee as a blank value in order for me to count how many new tickets we handle per day. Pictures below.
The issue is how this report counts the instances when a supervisor assigns the ticket to an agent. If John assigns a new ticket (text field value empty) to Jack it will count it as Johns's ticket (since he was updater) instead of counting it as Jacks.
When a supervisor assigns a ticket to an agent it will count as his ticket rather than agents.
My question is how can I incorporate here the number of new (text field value empty) tickets that were assigned to agents by supervisors so I can have a more precise number?
