    Hey William,

    Can you confirm the Support plan level you are on? If you're on Essential, you won't have access to public apps in our Marketplace. You'd need to at least be on the Team plan or higher.

    If you're on the correct plan level, please let me know and I can create a ticket on your behalf :)
