I had a change I wanted to make to our main View in Zendesk. Unfortunately, it does not appear to be possible.
The overall feature would allow you to create more advanced sorts/groups in Zendesk.
On our main support view, I group by Status, and sort by Last Update. In-between my "Open" and "Pending" status groups, I would like to add a new section with a different set of conditions. (In my case, "pending" tickets that have a priority equal or higher than "High")
I feel this is most useful for small support teams that don't have much need for multiple Views, like myself. I like to have it all in one place so nothing is forgotten. (the whole reason for us using Zendesk)
