I am wondering if we could have the ability to customize the Agent Dashboard for our agents. We would like to post things like outages, deployments/upgrades, on-call schedule, general information etc. when our agents log into Zendesk, but I don't believe this is possible. If not, can we request this functionally?
Basically, we are looking to add something to the top of the page or tab that we can customize that all agents can view when the log in.
