I found out that the # of Replies is a condition ONLY possible in triggers. No Automations, no views.
How could I make use of that fact, basically showing how many replies a ticket already had (in a view), or at least creating a view only showing ticket that has more than X replies?
My workaround is a set of triggers with a "Agent replies = x" condition, setting a dropdown field to that same number, and then using that dropdown field as a condition where I need it.
But that's a waste of resources, so I'd love to know if there's another way.
