What Userlevel is nescessary to use in Microsoft Flow

    Hey Rainer,

    If you're referring to an end-user role, then only the requester of the ticket would have access. If there's an agent trying to access the ticket, you'll want to make sure the appropriate permissions are set up on their profile. It's possible that they only have access to tickets assigned to them or their group.

    My knowledge with Microsoft Flow is rather limited so it could also be an issue with the integration as well. Hopefully other users can chime in here and offer up some advice!
