I have recently changed website and email hosts. Since I have changed hosts all incoming emails from a third party contact form have been flagged as "automated response email" under suspended tickets in my Zendesk Support account.
This was not happening previously. I spoke on the phone with a representative but there was no resolution. I was told it was an issue with the emails headers, but they are all customer different customer emails. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what may be flagging them.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback or insight.
