We receive an extreme high volume of tickets and frequently utilize the "select all" feature to mass update tickets. When, you click on the select "all option" it often displays that all 30 tickets on that page have been highlighted, and when you go to the next page it already shows that some random tickets on the 2nd page have already been highlighted. However, when you go back to the 1st page some random tickets are no longer highlighted. This is very time consuming and counterproductive to go back through pages and search for the missing tickets. I have attached a screenshot displaying this bug.
Also, it would be great if you could mass update more than 100 tickets at a time.
