Touches for merged/Follow up tickets - Insight Reporting
I want to count the number of touches for merged/follow up tickets. I want to sum up touches on all the merged tickets and see the number of touches. For example, if I have a ticket A (with one touch) and a followed up ticket B(with 3 touches), it should be counted as one ticket with total of 4 touches. Currently, I am getting one ticketID under one touch tickets and other under 3 touch tickets which is skewing my report.
