Date when agent updated a ticket
Hi we are currently in the process of moving all reports from Insights to explore but I have an urgent insights request.
Is there a way to have the Data and hour of when a ticket got updated by certain agent such as from one ticket group? We have tickets that are updated by different groups so I would like to know that timestamp of when a particular group updated a ticket.
Is this possible in Insights? if not is it possible in Explore?
