I have two sets of customers, subscription and casual. Casuals are not to access Guide/knowledge center. But I still want to manage those customers tickets in Support. How can I stop the automated email from going out that asks the customer to create a password so they can log in?
We receive their support requests by them submitting an email that gets auto forwarded into Support and a ticket is therefore created. We just dont want these customers from receive the automatic email about setting up a password...where is this setting?
