How to prevent automated new user email from going out

    Hi Emma Winks - 

    Thanks for joining our Workflows AMA! 

    You can actually disable this notification under the Customers tab in the Zendesk Admin Panel.

    Should you need to authenticate a specific user later, you can force the email to go out via the user's profile under Security Settings.  Hope this helps!

    Hi Brandon

    I tried your suggestion but it didn't work as hoped.  As soon as I responded as an Agent to the ticket, the reply that's shown to the end user includes a link to login and update the ticket and access help center - this is what I want to avoid. Is there any way to remove this link and message to log in?

    Thanks for the clarification.  This language might be editable within your Trigger "Notify requester and CCs of comment update."  If you find it there, you should be able to remove that link.  Let me know what you find!
