This is more of a feature request possibly:
It looks like this was raised in FAQ and has been addressed sort of several times over that last 2+ years.
1. We should be able to adjust a custom field attribute after its creation. Especially since adding a custom field to a form is such a pain in the drag and drop structure. Currently we are sharing our Zendesk space across three separate companies (same bucket). We need the ability to adjust a field from say numbers only to include test since we have added the use of letters in the system. Trying to create a new field will affect the amount of fields available for adding to a form, our list is quite long as it stands due to this issue. It will help consolidate things if we can simply adjust the attributes of a custom field after its creation and would like to know why this is not currently implemented.
2. Ability to sort Custom fields in any manner: Date of creation, name, etc. Currently it's very difficult to find anything among the dozens that we have in our bucket (because of the above issue). When making custom forms, how can we sort the fields available?
