    Hey Marshall Main Support SmallHD

    In an effort to maintain data integrity within your database, the ability to change an attribute type is not possible. Once a ticket is marked as Closed, it would also be unable to change information about the ticket. For more information there is an article on Best Practices for Altering Your Custom Ticket Fields.

    For the second part of your question, we are going to pass your request off to our Product Manager as feedback.
