Create a Zendesk Ticket Based on a Field From Salesforce

    Hi Atzikas - 

    Our Salesforce integration doesn't do this natively in an automated way. Ticket creation from within SFDC is all done through the ticket view app, but that will be a manual - not automated - process.

    That being said, you may be able do this by having Salesforce callout to hit our ticket-creation API.
