I've setup 1 public and 1 private channel which I want to variously use Zendesk support ticket integration or Answer Bot for. I've setup those two channels via the Zendesk app.
When trying to set this up using the Slack /zendesk settings command, Zendesk Support notifications can only be setup for the public channel - the private channel doesn't show up in the list. Answer bot can only be setup for the private channel - the pubilc channel doesn't show up in the list.
I have left each list open for a long time, in case it is an issue with long lists of channels. Still nothing.
