Hi everyone!
I'm Nicole, the Manager of Community Engagement for Zendesk. I've been with the company just over 3 years, and am responsible for overseeing everything about this community in terms of strategy, our team of community managers, our community moderator program, and most of all trying to make a great and helpful experience for you.
We love to welcome our new community members each week, and want to get to know you a little bit! Please introduce yourself with whatever you feel comfortable sharing about your role, company, or what you're into outside of work.
If you're working from home (as many of us are now) you can share a picture of your WFH setup, or introduce your doggos (or other pets) to the group as well. If you're not sure where to post, here's a directory of all of the community topics we have for you to join and/or follow.

Thanks for the warm welcome Nicole and I'll respond back to the thread I started on Themes. Hello All - I lead our customer success team here at Presto and I've been tasked to build out a Best Practice portal where we will have user manuals, tips and tricks, etc. It's my first foray into Zendesk configuration. Outside of work I am baking sourdough (see photo that I am particularly proud of) and smoking. I rarely had time for these long cooking methods pre-covid.
