    Hi Peet Koekemoer,

    DNS might have some delay.
    I've checked your Zendesk specific DNS settings, and they seem to be valid.
    So this is probably due to the nature of how DNS works.

    Just give a day or so.. Then try the verification again.

    Side note: I noticed you have two SPF records on your account. 
    Please reach out to your IT team. DNS may only have 1 SPF record.
    This is important to fix to prevent errors and misuse by third parties

    I have this same problem, records are correct but still will not validate DNS. 

    My SPF line on the same domain DOES validate.

    THis is from my DNS settings for ihipins.com, we use godaddy for this. It works fine for agentra.com and uses the same type of settings.

    Todd, the SPF record is set properly.

    However your CNAME records on the proper subdomain aren't visible/published for the outside world.
    When I checked, no records show at all. So I dug a little deeper.

    I found out that the records are there, but on the wrong subdomain.


    Please change zendesk1.ihipins.com to zendesk1 in your DNS and all should be fine.
    This goes (for the other 4 CNAMES as well)
