Agent experience reply time

What is the best way on ZenDesk Explore to show the first reply time from a agent perspective. I know build in field "First reply time" shows the time period from ticket creation to first reply, but how can I see the time from when an agent looks at or assigns themselves a ticket to when they reply.

At this time, there is no means of accomplishing this ask in Explore. I would recommend posting your request in our product feedback forum so our devs can consider this functionality for future updates.
