Hope you can help me. This morning we had a situation when our University IT system logged a job into our Zendesk queue. By default, when a job is logged into our Zendesk, Zendesk will automatically notify the requester of their request along with their ticket number. The Uni IT system also does the same thing and notifies the user of their job number.
Long story short, our queue ended up with 20+ emails from the Uni IT System and I guess they would have the same problem.
Because of this, I was wondering if anyone can tell me what I need to do to prevent this from happening again in the future. Is there a way I can configure the following trigger that if the email comes from our Uni IT system, not to send notification email?
