    Hi Bob, I tried to sign-up for this EAP, but it's closed to submit the form. What it means? Is it already GA for all customers? Should I do anything?

    This EAP is in it's final stages before GA so we are no longer accepting sing-ups at this time. Stay tuned as we will be posting when this feature is released for general availability soon.

    Eugene Orman your EAP link posted 2021-08-09 is a google drive 404 (page not found). The link in the OP still works.

    Also not sure how my personal email is associated with Zendesk?

    Hey Jahn,

    Does the Switch Accounts button not work for you? Otherwise, I would try accessing the sign-up form from a private browser (Incognito window) so it forces you to sign in with the account you'd like to register for.

    Let me know if that doesn't work for you!

    It works with igcognito. How long di we need to wait for this to be up? Its kinda frustrating that we can't do a simple reporting with this Zendesk Explore Limitation.
